Non acceptance of orders can be due to the product being out of stock or any issue to obtain payment authorization from your purchase.
3. Cancellation / Returns
There is strictly no cancellation for any products purchased from Mum Miam website. Items purchased cannot be exchanged, return or refunded unless the item has been delivered in a damaged condition. If you received a damaged good, please ensure to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the goods with photo proofs for us to arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. Replacement depends on the availability of stock and also the next available delivery timeslot.
